    Area of Science:

    • Oral pathology
    • Oncology
    • Histopathology

    Background:

    • Sialadenoma papilliferum is an uncommon benign salivary gland neoplasm.
    • Previous literature includes only three reported cases before this study.

    Observation:

    • Presents two previously unreported cases of sialadenoma papilliferum.
    • Detailed histopathologic examination of the presented cases.

    Findings:

    • The total number of reported sialadenoma papilliferum cases increases to five.
    • Discussion of histopathologic characteristics and potential histogenesis.

    Implications:

    • Contributes to the limited case data on sialadenoma papilliferum.
    • Enhances understanding of the histopathologic features and origins of this rare salivary gland tumor.
