[Recurrence and morphologic resistance phenomena of PUVA-treated lichen ruber planus cutaneous]
Abstract:
145 patients with lichen planus cutaneous were treated with PUVA. In a follow-up period of 1 to 4 years 6 of the patients (4.1%) showed a generalised recurrence and 32 patients (22%) a local recurrence. For the first time 3 morphological PUVA-resistance phenomena were observed. Recurrence- and resistance correlation are discussed.
