Photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) improves vision but may negatively impact stereoscopic vision. This study found significant changes in stereoacuity after PRK surgery in myopic patients.

- PRK may lead to a deterioration of stereoscopic vision, potentially due to increased higher-order aberrations.
