Summary

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) outperformed Auricular Acupuncture (AA) in reducing insomnia severity and negative sleep beliefs. While both treatments improved insomnia symptoms, CBT-i demonstrated superior long-term effectiveness.
