Panobinostat-A Potential Treatment for Metastasized Ewing Sarcoma? A Case Report

New treatments are needed for relapsed Ewing sarcoma (ES), a rare bone cancer. A patient treated with panobinostat, a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, showed a 18-month delay in metastatic progression.
