Nutrient patterns and asthenozoospermia: a case-control study

A diet rich in antioxidants like vitamins E, C, and D, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids may significantly lower the risk of asthenozoospermia (low sperm motility) in men. This dietary pattern shows a strong inverse association with reduced sperm function.
