[Treatment of acute paraproctitis at a polyclinic setting]

The experience with operative treatment of 24 patients with uncomplicated acute paraproctitis under ambulatory conditions was analysed. The radical operation was performed in 21 patients. The disease recurrence developed in 2 patients, who were reoperated on in the in-patient department.
