Reversible hard palate hyperplasia associated with amlodipine use: case report

• A patient with oral lichen planus developed hyperplasia of the palate.
• This palatal hyperplasia was potentially linked to CCB medication.

• This case presents the first documented instance of CCB-related palate hyperplasia.
• The co-occurrence with oral lichen planus may be significant.

• This finding expands the known spectrum of CCB side effects beyond gingival enlargement.
