Simply modified percutaneous tracheostomy using the Cook® Ciaglia Blue Rhino™: a case series

A simplified percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy (PDT) technique, performed without a bronchoscope, was evaluated in 186 patients. This safe and effective method may be beneficial in resource-limited settings.
