Sonohysterosalpingography (HyCoSy) is effective for evaluating the uterine cavity and tubal patency in infertile patients. It offers comparable accuracy to hysteroscopy and RX-hysterosalpingography (RX-HSG) at a lower cost and with less discomfort.
