JAK3-STAT pathway blocking benefits in experimental lupus nephritis

CP-690,550, a JAK3 inhibitor, effectively reduced kidney inflammation and improved renal function in experimental lupus nephritis (LN). This JAK-STAT pathway targeting offers a potential new therapy for LN and other autoimmune diseases.
