Effect of ejaculation on Serum Prostate-Specific Antigen concentration.

Ejaculation significantly increases total and free prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, but not complexed PSA. Recent ejaculation may influence prostate biopsy decisions, especially for borderline PSA values.
