Abstract:
Today the function-retaining operation of the ectopic pregnancy is the method of choice in adequate preconditions. After 63 tube-retaining operations 30 pregnancies (47.7%) and a live birth rate of 36.5% could be achieved. After tube-retainingly operated ectopic pregnancies the prognosis of fertility is more advantageous than after salpingectomien. Besides the risk of relapse has no been increased. The procedure and the perioperative programme is described in tube-retaining operations of ectopic pregnancy.
