Summary
Pelvic osteochondromas are rare benign bone tumors. Surgical excision is recommended for symptomatic or cosmetically concerning pelvic osteochondromas, with good long-term outcomes.

- Rarely, they can develop in the pelvis, presenting as sessile or pedunculated masses.
Observation:
- An 18-year-old female presented with a two-year history of a right groin swelling.
- Radiographic and MRI evaluations confirmed the swelling as a pelvic osteochondroma.
Findings:
- En-bloc excision of the pelvic osteochondroma was performed for cosmetic reasons.
- Histopathological examination confirmed the non-malignant nature of the osteochondroma.
- No recurrence was observed one year post-surgery.
Implications:
- Pelvic osteochondromas should be considered in the differential diagnosis of pelvic masses.
- Surgical intervention is effective for managing symptomatic or cosmetically bothersome pelvic osteochondromas.
