Preceptors in the OR. Learning to evaluate others

The program was approved for contact hours, and the preceptors received certificates and completed program evaluations. In these evaluations, the preceptors suggested that more time is needed for discussion and role playing and more feedback is needed concerning their own performance as preceptors.
