    A 20-year-old man experienced chronic right foot pain due to a metatarsal coalition. This condition, a fusion of foot bones, was diagnosed alongside an interdigital neuroma.

    • Physical examination revealed a focal bony prominence on the dorsomedial aspect of the right midfoot, accompanied by interdigital pain.

    Findings:

    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) confirmed the presence of a metatarsal coalition.
    • The MRI also identified an associated interdigital neuroma, a nerve condition.

    Implications:
