The growing population of older adults with cancer necessitates specialized nursing knowledge and skills.
Assessing current nursing knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions is crucial for developing effective geriatric care training programs.

Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate oncology nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions regarding the care of older adults.
To utilize assessment data to design and implement a targeted geriatric care training program for oncology nurses.
