Deadly therapy

Take aspirin, stop taking aspirin... what is a guy to do? One minute the little white tablet will prevent a heart attack, stroke and even some cancers, and the next it virtually guarantees death by haemorrhage. It reminds me of the cure for a face rash that might have killed me.
