Summary

We developed SWATH-pseudo-IPTL, a novel quantitative proteomics strategy improving accuracy and precision over DDA-pseudo-IPTL. This method enhances pseudo isobaric peptide termini labeling (IPTL) for biological applications, including cancer research.
