Abstract:
The methods for restoration and recreation of sphincter apparatus of the rectum in its congenital and acquired incompetence in children are presented. The techniques of the artificial internal anal sphincter creation, atypical sphincterolevatoroplasty and combined sphincteroplasty were developed. The results of treatment are presented.
