This study found no link between the female 2nd- to 4th-finger ratio (2D:4D), a marker of prenatal androgen exposure, and fecundity, measured by time-to-pregnancy (TTP). The findings suggest 2D:4D is not a reliable indicator of a woman's ability to conceive.
