Costed Implementation Plans (CIPs) are strategic government-led tools for family planning programs.
While vital, partnerships have not traditionally been a focal point in CIP development.

Purpose of the Study:

To examine Uganda's family planning Costed Implementation Plan (CIP) development process through a partnership lens.
To identify strengths and challenges in the CIP development process using a partnership assessment framework.

Main Methods:

Qualitative study analyzing Uganda's CIP development process.
Conducted 22 key informant interviews to gather insights.
