Right ventricular outflow tract obstruction in complicated monochorionic twin pregnancy

Severe right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO) can occur in recipient twins of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). Pericardial effusion and abnormal ductus venosus flow predict RVOTO in these cases.
