Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPeD) was evaluated in Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), and Essential Tremor (ET). PSP patients showed a higher OCPeD frequency, suggesting basal ganglia network involvement.
