Summary
Primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) predominantly affects middle-aged women, often presenting in the frontal lobe. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common subtype in this patient population.

Background:
- Primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare, aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) with increasing incidence.
- It affects both immunocompromised and immunocompetent individuals and carries a poor prognosis.
Purpose of the Study:
- To characterize the clinico-pathological, immunohistochemical, and radiological features of PCNSL.
- To delineate PCNSL profiles at Jeddah to King Faisal Hospital and Research Center.
