[Views of regional specialists on dispensarization]

In order to identify theoretical and methodological aspects of dispensarization the author had interviews with regional specialists of therapeutic preventive disciplines of the West Bohemian region. The standardized interview pertained to the concept of dispensarization, its contemporary state in the region, subject and object of dispensarization and its methods. It confirmed the immature character of the problem in practice of dispensary care and the need to elaborate new definitions and to evaluate some theoretical and methodological aspects of dispensarization.
