Tonsillectomy Bleed Rates across the CHEER Practice Research Network: Pursuing Guideline Adherence and Quality

Older patients (≥12 years) undergoing tonsillectomy experienced significantly higher postoperative bleeding rates compared to younger patients. This study identified age as a key risk factor for post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage.
