Abstract:
The exceptional coincidence of puerperal ovarian-vein-thrombosis and a pregnancy with quadruplets is reported. The importance of confirming the diagnosis by non-invasive methods (CT) in cases showing atypical clinical pictures and the significant incorrect diagnoses are described.
