Presurgical resting-state fMRI reveals reduced brain activity in temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) patients with mesial temporal sclerosis (MTS). Fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (fALFF) offers complementary information for MTS classification in epilepsy.
