Adherence to a Low-Support Cognitive Remediation Training Program for Psychosis

Nearly half of psychosis patients adhered to computerized cognitive remediation (CR) therapy, even with minimal support. Poorer working memory and higher negative symptoms predicted better adherence to this crucial psychosis treatment.
