Summary

Collecting amniotic fluid (AF) in Streck RNA blood collection tubes (BCT) for fetal neurodevelopment biomarker studies did not improve cell-free RNA (cfRNA) yield. Freezing AF alone is as effective as using BCT for detecting cfRNA neurodevelopment transcripts.
