Abstract:
Some clinically relevant postradiation disturbances in blood leukocyte functions are reviewed. Certain pathogenetic features of respective membrane alterations of lymphoid and phagocytic populations are discussed. These data necessitate wider clinical use of leukocyte functional testing in radiation medicine.
