Topical tofacitinib for atopic dermatitis: a phase IIa randomized trial

Topical tofacitinib significantly improved atopic dermatitis (AD) symptoms and pruritus compared to vehicle in a 4-week study. This Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor shows promise for topical AD treatment with early efficacy and good tolerability.
