Rapidly Progressing Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma: A Case Report and a Possible Explanation

This case report highlights a rare, rapidly progressing Hodgkin lymphoma. Aberrant CD4 T-cell antigen expression in refractory cases may indicate poor prognosis and warrant intensified or targeted therapy.
