Long-Term Fenofibrate Treatment in Primary Biliary Cholangitis Improves Biochemistry but Not the UK-PBC Risk Score

Long-term fenofibrate (FF) plus ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) improved alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) patients. However, this combination therapy did not significantly reduce long-term liver disease prognosis scores.
