Cornual wedge resection for interstitial pregnancy and postoperative outcome

Cornual wedge resection for interstitial pregnancy showed no persistent or recurrent ectopic pregnancies. Most women achieved subsequent pregnancies, but uterine rupture/dehiscence occurred in 30%.
