Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of individual, computerised CRT in enhancing cognitive function for bipolar disorder patients.
  • To assess CRT's impact on global functioning, goal attainment, and mood symptoms.
  • To determine the acceptability and feasibility of CRT and its potential for larger trials.

  • A two-arm, randomised controlled trial comparing CRT with treatment-as-usual (TAU).
  • Sixty euthymic bipolar I patients (aged 18-65) without comorbid disorders were recruited.
