Endoplasmic Reticulum Chaperones Are Potential Active Factors in Thyroid Tumorigenesis

Thyroid cancer diagnosis can be improved by identifying specific protein changes. This study found key proteins in endoplasmic reticulum chaperones and thyroid hormone synthesis that distinguish benign tumors from malignant papillary thyroid carcinoma.
