Abstract:
A 68-year-old woman developed malignant pericardial effusion seven years after mastectomy for adenocarcinoma. Daily evacuation of the pericardial fluid and tetracycline instillations brought about the complete disappearance of the pericardial effusion, lasting already for one year.
