The relationship between vitamin K and peripheral arterial disease

High intake of vitamin K2 (menaquinones) may reduce peripheral artery disease (PAD) risk, especially in hypertensive individuals. Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) intake showed no association with PAD risk in this study.
