MicroRNA 27a (miR-27a) is downregulated in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), inhibiting fibroblast-like synoviocyte (FLS) migration and invasion by targeting follistatin-like protein 1 (FSTL1) and the TLR4/NFκB pathway.
