A comprehensive literature search was conducted to identify Internet-based interventions for women's sexual dysfunction.
Interventions were analyzed for their theoretical underpinnings, therapeutic content delivery, and professional support structures.
Comparative effect studies were reviewed to assess treatment efficacy.

Key Points:

Most interventions were theory-informed, utilizing established models for sexual and psychological disorders.
Web-based therapeutic content was commonly delivered through structured programs.
A significant portion offered professional contact, either scheduled or initiated by the participant.

Conclusions:

Internet-based interventions demonstrated improvements in both sexual and relational functioning post-treatment.
These improvements were generally maintained for several months after the intervention period.
Further development of these digital health solutions is warranted for women's sexual health.
