Abstract:
Photo-disruption with the Nd-Yag laser is a safe and effective method in clinical therapy of many eye conditions. It is particularly useful in posterior capsulotomy, corticolysis, synechistomy and peripheral irridectomy. It will replace some time-honoured procedures in future.
