Chronic recurrent osteomyelitis: A diagnostic and therapeutic challenge

Chronic recurrent osteomyelitis (CRO) is a rare bone condition. Treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) showed a 100% positive response in children with CRO, making it a viable initial therapy.
