    An acute murine tuberculosis model has demonstrated that double intramuscular injection of DNA vaccine that expresses protective mycobacterium Ag85B protein after oral BCG vaccination caused a significant mycobacterial load reduction in the organs of infected animals and an increase in the survival of mice.
