Modified technique for reconstructing reverse Hill-Sachs lesion in locked chronic posterior shoulder dislocation

This study shows that reconstructing reverse Hill-Sachs defects in posterior shoulder dislocations significantly improves pain and function. The technique offers a simple, cost-effective solution for chronic injuries.

Background:
