Summary

Double-bundle (DB) posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction demonstrates superior biomechanical stability compared to single-bundle (SB) PCL reconstruction. While neither fully restores native PCL function, DB may be preferred for immediate graft strength and stability.
