Extractable fragment versus dusting during ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy in children: Prospective randomized study

Fragmenting pediatric ureteral stones into extractable pieces using holmium laser lithotripsy is faster than stone dusting. This effective method offers similar stone-free and complication rates, saving valuable operative time.
