Effective connectivity in temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis

Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) with hippocampal sclerosis (HS) shows altered limbic network connectivity to the thalamus. Thalamic volume in TLE patients with HS correlates negatively with epilepsy duration.
