[Tumor-like courses in lung sarcoidosis (4 observations)]

Case reports on 4 women operated on for suspected tumour. The diagnosis of sarcoidosis was confirmed histologically. The difficulties associated with the differential diagnosis are discussed and, the need for morphological clarification is emphasized.
